Objects are made, touched, and used through human hands, and they have always existed alongside us. Within them remain traces of memory, carrying someone’s time and presence. I remember my grandmother collecting all the items herself and carefully caring for them until someone brought them to a new home, almost like adopting a living creature. This experience taught me that even lost, discarded, or imperfect objects could be renewed and filled with new memories. I see the body in much the same way. It is a vessel where memory, pain, and desire coexist, an outer shell that carries the weight of life and its constant transformations.
